Spyro: Hey everyone! This is Spyro here in another new edition of the behind
the scenes look of your favorite stars! Today I'll be taking a look at one of your
lesser favorites, Toad!
Toad: That's right! Hey wait a second...lesser?!
Spyro: Ok! On to our first question! Toad, how has it been being one of Mario's..
well..*snicker* toadies?
Toad: Toadies?! Lesser!? What is this? Pick on Toad day!?
Spyro: No, no! Thats on the 16th! Answer the question.
Toad: Well, I guess it's ok. I mean, Mario treats me good, sort of. Except he uses me
more as a projectile or diversion than a friend.
Spyro: Do you have an actual friends?
Toad: Oh yes! I have plenty! Let's see.*muttering* There's um...no....erm....hmmm.
Well, I do. They just slip my mind at the moment.
Spyro: Right. Ok! Now, what's your current status with Peach?
Toad: My status? Oh. My current status with Peach is: Footstool.
Spyro: Foot...stool??
Toad: Yeah! She uses me to get cookies from the top cabinet, reach books, and other
things. She says I'm a big help!
Spyro: No! I meant.....never mind. So, have you done anything heroic or brave
recently?
Toad: You bet! I recently picked a fight with a Sunflower in Peach's garden! We had
quite a scuffle...That is, until it fell on me.
Spyro: Then what?
Toad: I cried and ran home. ;-_-
Spyro: Ah. Where do you live?
Toad: I live in a nice stone house. Mario and Luigi built it. They use it as a
fort when Bowser comes along. Then they usually yell at me to go away.
Spyro: I see. Is there any furniture?
Toad: Well, theres a few chairs and a table. But mostly it's just plain stone.
Spyro: Are you sure Mario and Luigi built it for you?
Toad: Yes, pretty sure. They use me as a shield when Bowser tries to hit them with his
fireballs. I'm used to it.
Spyro: Heh. I see. Has your big huge head ever been embarrasing?
Toad: Big huge head!? This head is quite normal sized.
Spyro: *Places cup of Iced Tea on Toad's head* What ever you say, Toad.
Toad: Yeah! Peach always says that it's tiny. Infact, she told me its so small
that that's why she can use it as the table for her tea parties!
Spyro: Are you sure that she didn't say you have a big head?
Toad: Yes. She also says that the polka dots are quite stylish!
Spyro: Erm. Do they offer any camoflauge?
Toad: Yeah! My head can shield and hide my whole body! Thats how I hide from Bowser!
Spyro: And your head shielding your entire body doesn't send you any message at all?
Toad: What kind of message?
Spyro: -_- Idiot....
Toad: What was that?
Spyro: Oh! Nothing. Anyway, earlier you said you picked a fight with a sunflower. Have
you done anything more exciting? Like a fight with Bowser?
Toad: Well, a while back I traveled with Mario and Yoshi to stop Bowser.
Spyro: Wow! Then what happened!
Toad: I got food poisening and we had to go back.
Spyro: Oh. Doesn't get more exciting then that, I suppose.
Toad: You're right! When we got back, I almost fainted from the tension and
adrenaline!
Spyro: And finally, I have one more question.*sips Ice Tea* In your recent adventures
like Luigi's Mansion, you played a role of the wimp. Was this acting or real?
Toad: What do you think!? It was all acting! Infact, the lights turned off in the
castle once and I only cried for 30 minutes after the lights had turneds back on!
Spyro: You sure are brave!
Toad: Don't I know it?!
