Here is our guide for all of the Tiger Scroll moves you can get in the Legend of Zelda:
The Minish Cap!
Tiger Scroll 1: Spin Attack
You will get this Tiger Scroll at the very beggining of the game from Swift Blade.
Swift Blade lives in a log cabin near the river in the lower portion of Hyrule Town.
This techinique is quite simple to execute; simply hold your sword button down, wait
until you hear the "Charge Up" noise, and then release!
Tiger Scroll 2: Sword Beam
This tiger scroll is obtained after you beat the Cave of Flames and have infused two
of the elements into your sword. Then head to Mount Crenel. Right next to the cave
where you got the Grip Ring, there is a climbable wall. Climb this and enter the cave.
Using your new found cloning skill, charge up your sword and make a copy of yourself.
Then step on the two switches at once, opening the door. Step in to find your next
teacher, GrayBlade, and your next tiger scroll. To execute this sword technique, simply swing your sword
when your health is full, shooting a beam of light out.
Tiger Scroll 3: Dash Attack
This tiger scroll can be obtained from SwiftBlade after you obtain the Pegasus Boots.
This attack is useful for driving back enemies, or hitting the unsuspecting quickly
and hard. To use this technique, equip your pegasus boots and sword, then freely
dash away!
Tiger Scroll 4: Peril Beam
You can get this Tiger Scroll from WaveBlade once you have your flippers. Enter Lake
Hylia from the entrance behind Malon's house (to the right of the field)
in Lon Lon Ranch. Then walk up and around the lake until you come to the water.
Swim all the way down and then to your left until you come to a dock and ladder.
Climb up the ladder and enter the nearby tree house. Walk in and find WaveBlade. Waveblade
will teach you the Peril Beam technique. It is similiar to the sword beam, only this
one shoots a beam when you half one or less hearts left.
Tiger Scroll 5: Rock Breaker
This is scroll number 5, even though you can get it as soon as you get the White Sword.
Go to Swift Blade and he'll teach you this technique. This is a relatively simple
technique though. Simply walk up to a pot or rock and break it with your sword.
Tiger Scroll 6: Roll Attack
This technique can be learned from Grimblade once you have the Flame Lantern. It is
quite a useful technique and my second favorite. To find Grimblades hidden training
room, go to Hyrule Castle Garden. Go to the the hedge maze at the right and continue all the
way to the right and down until you see a patch of bushes. Cut through them, revealing
a ladder. Climb down this, enter Grimblades room, and light the torches with your
lantern. Then talk to Grimblade to learn the Roll Attack. The roll attack is quite
powerful and good to use when your in a pinch. Roll with your sword equipped. When
your just about to end your roll, swing your sword. If you hit an enemy, you'll do
a powerful spin attack.
Tiger Scroll 7: Down Thrust
This Tiger Scroll can be obtained
from SwiftBlade once you have gotten Roc's Cape. Though this move is a bit tricky,
it is powerful. TO execute this move, jump with Roc's Cape with your sword equipped
on the other button. Don't hold the jump button, but as quick as you possibly
can, press the sword button, releasing or holding the jump button(either works).
Tiger Scroll 8: Great Spin Attack
This is your final Tiger Scroll, and by far the best in my opinion. This scroll can
be gotten from the Spirit of Swiftblade(the 1st) after getting all other 7 Tiger Scrolls. The
Spirit of Swiftblade is located in Castor Wilds. There is a grave at the very bottom
left of Castor Wilds(check your map for a grave) right above the kinstone relics..
Push it, revealing a tomb and a training ground. Now you can learn the final scroll.
This move is quite powerful and simple. Simply charge up a spin attack and release, but
this time press your sword button repeatedly for a deadly, longer effect. Also, you
can move around while spinning!
Other Techniques
Longer Lasting Great Spin Attack
The Longer Lasting Great Spin Attack is quite useful at the end of the game in
Dark Hyrule Castle while fighting knights. To get this technique, fuse kinstones with
Waveblade(at Lake Hylia) upon completion of the Palace of Winds. A waterfall cave will open up in
North Hyrule Field. Go to it to find Great Blade. He will teach you the longer
lasting great spin attack. To execute it, simply keep pressing the button longer
until you stop automatically. Basically, you can just now do it longer.
Faster Spin Attack Charge Up
You can learn the faster Spin Attack Charge up from ScarBlade. To access Scarblade's
training grounds, you must fuse kinstones with Grayblade(on Mount Crenel) upon completion of the Palace
of Winds. This fusion will open up a waterfall cave in the very upper right
corner of Castor Wilds. Go there to find Scarblade, who will teach you how to
make your spin attack charge up even faster! There's no skill involved, you now just
have the ability of a quicker spin charge up.
Faster Clone Charge Up
The Faster Clone Charge Up can be gotten from Splitblade. To find Splitblade's training
grounds, fuse kinstones with Grimblade(Hyrule Castle Garden) to open a waterfall cave
at the bottom left of Veil Falls. You can get there by going up through Lon Lon
Ranch, using the Cane of Pacci. Splitblade will then teach you this new technique, which
allows you to fill up your "Split Meter" much quicker than before. Though not very
useful, it can be helpful when there are onrushing enemies and you need to clone quickly.
