Heres the review for a great game, Mario Kart: Double Dash.
Music/Sound: 9.5
The music and sound was great. There were different songs for every board and a whole bunch of sounds like screeching of wheels, horns blaring, and crashing of karts together. Top of the line!
Graphics: 10
Just about the greatest graphics I've seen! You could see highly detailed environments and lights reflecting off of your character. The karts kicked up dust and snow off-road too!
Controls: 8
Good controls! The controls were pretty easy to understand but can get a little confusing to some when it comes to slide tackling and other stuff like that in Co-Op.
Gameplay: 10
Outstanding gameplay! Amazing! Tons of different boards and different racing modes to keep you happy forever. Realistic stuff happend like sliding on ice and losing speed off-road! Also, you could unlock characters, karts, and boards with each cup you beat!
Diffulculty: 8
This game is great and diffulcult! It isn't easy at all. Once you get into the 150 CCs it starts to get really hard and supplies you for hours with tough and crazy racing!
Frustration: 4
I found this game pretty frustrating because of the amazingly clever A.I. The 150 CCs were especially frustrating because I would always miss first place overall by 1 or two points!
Replay Value: 9.5
Always amazing to play over and over. The challenging A.I. will give all but the best racers a run for their money. It also is fun to win all of the races and unlock the karts all over again!
Overall: 9.5
Outstanding game. Amazing developement and one of the finest racing games out there. A must-buy!
